A. We deliver anywhere in Auckland.

Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. Delivery free from $60-$180, depends on how far away of your place and if there is a easy stairs or entry.

Q. How long will I have to wait for delivery?
A. Please check individual products for availability and confirm with receptionest after you buy the items.

A. Monday to Saturday between 10:00am and 4:30pm .excluding public holidays.

A. Yes, just double check with our receptionest when you purchase your items..

Q. Will I need to stay at home all day to take delivery?
A. You can choose a time that convenient to you and we can give you a call 30 mins befor to confirm it, if requested.

Q. Will you assemble the furniture?
A. Yes, If you choose our delivery service our team will unpack and assemble your furniture and remove all packaging, if requested.

Q. Can you dispose of my old furniture?
A. No, however you can contact your local council or furniture mart to arrange a collection.

Q. What if I miss my delivery?
A. Your item/s will be returned to the warehouse and a $60 failed delivery fee will be payable before we can re-arrange delivery.

Q. Can I collect my furniture?
A. Yes. you can collect by prior appointment. Collection is available between 9:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Sunday, excludingt public holidays. We will require a invoice for collection.
